SchuldenStop is the official Stuttgart Regional Office of the Bundesverband Schuldnerhilfe Deutschland e.V. The BSD is a nationwide association dedicated to supporting over-indebted people in Germany. As a member and regional office, we operate according to the association's quality standards and in close coordination with BSD's specialist lawyers and expert assessors.

As the regional office, SchuldenStop handles the organisational coordination: initial consultations, recording your details, compiling documents and preparing communication with creditors.

Legal assessments, expert opinions and insolvency proceedings are carried out exclusively by the Bundesverband Schuldnerhilfe Deutschland e.V. and/or cooperating specialist lawyers.
